Birth Utopia Birth Utopia is a company created to enhance women's wellness, covering fertility, pre-natal advice, pregnancy massage, postnatal massage/recovery.

Antenatal education, three step rewind, and 1:1 Hypnobirthing. Birth Utopia is a company created to enhance women's experience in pregnancy and during labour utilising complimentary therapies. Tasmin qualified as a midwife in 2011 with a BSc Hons and soon developed a keen passion for holistic midwifery. Pregnancy and birth is such a magical time in a person's life, and Birth Utopia's mission is to make this journey as relaxing and as enjoyable as possible. In 2014 Tasmin completed a course in complimentary therapies for pregnancy, which has further developed her skills to help empower women to believe in themselves thus enriching their pregnancy journey. For many women pregnancy is an exciting and life changing time, and this experience should be thoroughly enjoyed. Unfortunately for some ladies symptoms they may experience during their pregnancy, such as nausea and PGP can negatively impact the pregnancy experience

By using essential oils and the power of massage, Birth Utopia aims to help alleviate these pregnancy symptoms , thus enhancing this precious time. Tasmin also provides 1-2-1 Hypnobirthing face to face sessions and trauma based sessions. Tasmin is fully trained and insured to safely use essential oils during pregnancy and labour. The services Tasmin offers are complementary therapy based. and not midwifery care. Please see your Midwife for any Midwifery advice. Beautiful feedback from a couple I had the pleasure to teach hypnobirth to for their 1st baby. It was so lovely to read and how proud I am of them both.

Hey Tasmin, way overdue but thought we'd let you know that our lil bundle of joy has arrived 3 months ago. "A lot of hair" is the feedback of every midwife. We didn's manage to get the home birth we wanted due to staff shortage but everything was still overall positive.

We really want to thank you for the knowledge and guidance you have provided us prebirth and it really helped me focus, stay calm and breathe my way to 9cm without any pain relief other than a Tens machine. Even Shereena was surprise when I got to her. Again, thank you so much for the guidance.
