If you are a new client, or a returning client with a new injury, this needs a full assessment appointment and this requires 60 minutes.

This weekend I’ll be back at the Wirksworth Farmers' Market on Saturday 6th September.

Come down and say hello 👋🏻 and have a chat about health and injury or illness recovery and rehabilitation.

I live locally (regularly out on the trail with my spaniel), I have a clinic room in the The Aura Hub gym in Wirksworth and can help with a wide variety of health conditions: (home visits sometimes available depending on location and availability).
- recent musculoskeletal injury management - back pain, neck pain, shoulders, knees etc
- illness recovery including cancer treatment, surgery and recovery
- peristent pain and fatigue management
- pre-hab and rehab for orthopaedic surgery
- return to function for multiple / complex conditions
- return to work / remain in work support if your health is impacting your ability to work

I combine approaches from 30 yrs experience as a Physiotherapist, extensive work with people who have suffered serious multiple injury trauma and serious illness, and dealt with my own injuries and serious illness 😏

- CanRehab specialist cancer rehab physio
- cognitive functional therapy for persistent back pain
- somatic trauma informed coaching
- occupational health, ergonomics, return to work mentoring.

According to one of my clients I am also “kind, have a good sense of humour and am occasionally a little bit bonkers”.
