It time to set your boundaries
It's time rest and rest
But most of all renew
How do you do this
1st stop for minute or 5 mins
Be present let thoughts feelings emotions in
Sit with them
See where they are coming from
Ask your body
Ask out loud
See what comes forward
Them talk with I AM statement
For example
I am powerful and here is why
I am wise because
I am here to
You carry on with your ,after every statement watch wait feel
