Little update from me - my website is currently down due to some tech updates (it’s been one of 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘦 weeks with tech issues 🙈)

The powers that be are working behind the scenes to get everything back up and running, and it should hopefully be live again by the weekend.

You don’t overgive because you’re kind.
You overgive because your nervous system learned that approval = safety.

And no, stopping doesn’t turn you into a selfish person because:

✨ You can set boundaries without guilt
