Gfitness has been delivering exercise and wellbeing support to the UK care sector since 2008 working with over 4,000 providers nationwide.

Their sessions are designed to be safe, fun, and functional, helping our residents boost mobility, balance, and overall happiness.

With specialist training in dementia care, the team tailors each visit with activities like movement to music, strength exercises, falls prevention, brain games, adapted Tai Chi, and yoga.

A Joyful Afternoon with Kiddleydivey UK🎉

Last week, we were treated to an uplifting afternoon of music and laughter with a lovely team member from Kiddleydivey!

Their session brought so much energy to the home combining music, movement and imagination in a way that truly engaged everyone. From familiar melodies that sparked happy memories to fun sensory props and gentle chair-based exercises, the experience was both heartwarming and interactive.

It was a joy to see our residents smiling, tapping along, and joining in. We're so grateful for moments like these that bring music, connection and a little sparkle to the day.
