2023-2025 - the years where everything changed🧠
mindset, priorities, habits and goals. all because I put in the work & you can too 📈
I felt stuck and lost in the same cycle for so long before I made the changes. I didn’t prioritise nutrition or rest, my mindset was negative at times, my goals weren’t anywhere near as big as I aim for now and my daily habits were next to non-existent and I wondered why nothing was changing?
since then I have:
• built confidence in my day to day life and career path
• started to build habits which I now see as daily non negotiable because I’ve learnt that if they make me feel good it instantly boosts my productivity.
• learnt to prioritise myself, set boundaries and allowed myself time away from any stresses.
• started to see movement as a blessing not a chore
