A little mini reset 🥰
Thought I'd share a mini sound immersion here whilst I had a little play. No fancy hair or makeup and peter rabbit slippers included 😉
Take 2 minutes for yourself to breathe, and allow the tones and vibrations to soothe and heal or simply provide a space for rest ✨️

Usually I would support my clients In breath and meditation first to create a more relaxed state for the sound session, I like to blend mindful meditation and visualisation to create a powerful platform for the singing bowls to be recieved - and enhance the magic 🤩
A recent 2024 Pubmed study shared that :
Studies have shown that singing bowl sound meditation can produce physiological and psychological responses, reducing negative affect and increasing positive affect, as well as improving blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate. Singing bowl sound meditation may be an effective low-cost and low-technology intervention for reducing feelings of tension, anxiety, and depression while promoting spiritual well-being
