Pilates and Tai Chi FIt classes are offered in the Wokingham and Sindlesham areas. Personal training is provided specialising in training the independent older adult, low back pain management through exercise, pre & post natal and weight management. Emmett is a therapy to help reduce piain and discomfort in the body. Results are often immediate. The therapy is non invasive and does not inolve removing clothes.
