A combination of Activation Bands, light weights and Matwork will be greeting our Wednesday night team this evening.

Want to join us? Every Wednesday, 6:45-7:30pm at Twyford District Youth & Community Centre.

Varied workouts, catering to all ages and abilities, combined with an awesome playlist - the best reason to leave to house as the nights get darker!

Short on time but still want to add strength? I’ve just filmed this short ‘Tone up in Ten’ video for our lovely members that will feature on our weekly newsletter. All that’s needed is a single weight or a tin from the cupboard.

10 minutes of daily strength training is beneficial, offering advantages like improved metabolic health, mood, and functional fitness and equates to just over 60 hours of training in a year. All whilst barely breaking a sweat!
