Are you a Level 2 Group Exercise or Level 3 Pilates Matwork trainer looking to take on additional classes? Or are you interested in becoming a Fitness Instructor or Pilates teacher?

SimplyFIT Berkshire is looking to take on a new self-employed teacher to help with our existing timetable and launch new classes.

Short on time but still want to add strength? I’ve just filmed this short ‘Tone up in Ten’ video for our lovely members that will feature on our weekly newsletter. All that’s needed is a single weight or a tin from the cupboard.

10 minutes of daily strength training is beneficial, offering advantages like improved metabolic health, mood, and functional fitness and equates to just over 60 hours of training in a year. All whilst barely breaking a sweat!

Yesterdays raised an impressive £1,010.65 (icl. Gift Aid) - not bad for mornings work!

It’s our annual Coffee Morning tomorrow, all in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support. Grab a cuppa, a slice of cake, and sit down with friends to help raise vital funds. We have an amazing raffle too!

10:00-11:30am at St Paul’s Parish Rooms, Wokingham - all invited, please bring your friends and family along!
