I’ve always kept my training groups small, and that decision is deliberate.
In aesthetic medicine, clinical safety cannot be taught from the back of a crowded room. It requires supervision, discussion, and the ability to challenge decision-making in real time.
When I teach, I want to see how each practitioner assesses anatomy. I want to understand how they think, not just how they inject. That level of oversight simply isn’t possible in large-volume settings.
Proper anatomical discussion takes time. Complication management requires depth. And raising standards demands attention to detail.
For me, small cohorts aren’t about exclusivity. They’re about responsibility.
If we’re going to advance this industry, we have to protect the standard, not dilute it 🙌
