I stopped sharing my progress for a little while because, truth be told, things had started going the wrong way again. It happens, and I’m only human — but after a good chat with my consultant and a much‑needed head wobble, I’m feeling more focused and back on track.

Looking at January and February together, I can see the ups, the downs, and the effort behind every single week. Even though I’m still 4.5lb behind where I wanted to be, I’m choosing to see the bigger picture: I’ve turned things around, I’m moving in the right direction again, and I will claw that back over the next few weeks.

Progress isn’t perfect — but it’s still progress. And I’m proud of myself for not giving up. 💛

🌟 Katie’s Incredible Transformation! 🌟

Katie Feeney, 35, has achieved something truly life-changing – she’s lost 6 stone 0.5 lbs and is no longer in the super morbidly obese category! Her BMI has dropped from 43 to 29, and the difference is incredible.

🌟 Dani’s Slimming World Journey – From New Mum to Target! 🌟

“I joined Slimming World for the first time in August 2016 after having my eldest daughter. I was the biggest I’d ever been and knew I had to do something so I could enjoy life with my little family without being out of breath or lacking energy because of my weight.

By May 2017, I had lost 4½ stone and reached Target! 🎯

I’ve never looked back since. The Slimming World plan is just amazing!

I thrive on the certificates and shiny stickers 😜 – they push me to my next milestone. I love the support from our members and my consultant. Everyone is on their own fantastic weight loss journey, and we’re doing it together ❤️

🌟 Christopher’s Incredible Transformation – 8 Stone Lost! 🌟

At 61 years old, Christopher joined our 9am Slimming World group at Short Heath Methodist Church with one goal: to improve his health and mobility. Fast forward to today, and he’s achieved something truly life-changing:

✅ 8 stone lost
✅ Diabetes in remission
✅ Can now buy clothes from ordinary shops
✅ Improved health and mobility

Christopher says one of the things that surprised him most was how much you can eat on the Slimming World plan!

His favourite meal? Slimming World curry with homemade mushroom fried rice – delicious and totally on plan. 🍛

💫 Two Friends. Two Journeys. One Amazing Transformation! 💫

22 months ago, Jo and Tanya walked through the Slimming World doors just one week apart. They sat together every week, weighed together, and supported each other through every high and low. Jo joined first and became the big smile and helping hand that kept Tanya from running away that first night.

Fast forward to today… they’ve both reached target weight — just one week apart! 🎯

Together, they’ve lost 8½ stone forever and gained something priceless: a friendship neither expected.

Jo says:
“I walked back through the Slimming World doors in February 2024 feeling nervous and ashamed after what felt like yet another failed attempt. But alongside that shame was relief and hope. I wasn’t in a good place, and then I was told I needed surgery for hyperparathyroidism — something that terrified me. I knew I had to lose weight to give myself the best chance. Becoming a Grandma gave me even more motivation. Walking into group was the best decision I made. That’s where I met Tanya — and from that moment, we supported each other every step of the way.”

Tanya shares:
“I joined Slimming World to improve my relationship with food and my mental health. I was terrified, cried all over my consultant, and then sat next to Jo — the best thing that could have happened.
