Amazing sound bath session today at a fabulous venue… was so great to collaborate with the beautiful Rose Black Rose Yogini! Photo taken at the precise moment of the winter solstice as both Rose and I played koshi chimes and a bola chime.
A very special event that ended with some intuitive movement to music!

The next event will be a full-day retreat at Wellness Woodlands in Bridgnorth… a day filled with yoga, sound bath, drumming circle around the fire, grounding in the woodlands and amazing standing stones, and lots more besides! We even feed you too!

Join Nikki & Rose for a very special Solstice Sound Bath this December.

Experience deep relaxation with the therapeutic vibrations of instruments including Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and crystal singing bowls, as your body absorbs sound frequencies on a cellular level. Let go of stress, anxiety, and stuck energies with this deeply transformative experience.

Both Nikki and Rose will be playing various instruments throughout, giving you a deeper immersion into sound and relaxation…

This sound bath has been perfectly timed to allow you to feel the build-up to the solstice from 2pm onwards. So you may be off journeying somewhere in the ether, relaxing deeply, or feeling an expansion of consciousness at the exact moment of the solstice, which will happen at precisely 3.03pm on the day.

This event takes place at Ryton Village Hall which has stunning south-facing views towards the Long Mynd, the Lawley, and Caer Caradoc through full height windows, where we might take full advantage of the sun during this winter solstice event.

The venue is also equipped with underfloor heating so you should be nice and warm, whatever the weather is doing outside!

This workshop will be in the peaceful world of Shrewsbury so you can get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Fully switch off, connect to sound with an open heart
