Our Story

All the treatments are all of a holistic nature and bring the mind, body and spirit back into balance. The healing takes place on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. The therapies can help with stress reduction, inner healing and help with deeper issues that may arise, for relaxation and to work alongside certain medical conditions.

Janet is a qualified Holistic Therapist, Shamanic Practitioner and Reiki Master. Janet uses various items with her therapies such as aromatherapy oils, crystals, drum, rattle, feathers, voice and colour reflexology torch.

Doctor’s permission may need to be sought prior to the treatment for certain medical conditions. If you are taking prescribed medication please contact Janet before booking a therapy. A short consultation will be carried out on the first treatment.

Janet works with a variety of plant, tree, flower tinctures and essences for her own inner healing and personal development.
