I have so many conversations about bone strength and mobility to support movement and posture and often clients ask what I do- and this is the answer- Dianne is great, and I have been training with her Lifters programme for a couple of years now and highly recommend. She’s starting a new round of sessions (each round lasts 8 weeks) soon- if you message her she will give you the option to try a taster to see if it suits you before you sign up. Hi lovely folks! Just a little update. Although I offer evening and weekend appointments I’m now limiting these to existing clients only due to high levels of demand for these slots.
🤗 New clients always delightfully welcome, but will need to be week day and day time slots. Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause some people, but I’m really passionate about holding and cherishing my wonderful existing clients and ensuring they can access these slots.

If any come available I will offer them to my cancellation list as a first call, and then on here.

💛 A small update about treatment prices 💛

I wanted to let you know that from 1st April, there will be a small increase in my treatment prices.

The main change is that 45, 60, 75 and 90-minute aromatherapy massage treatments will increase by £3, as will teen massages. Other treatments will also increase slightly — full details will be available on my website:

I always do my best to keep my prices as low and accessible as possible. Unfortunately, with the rising costs of running a small business, a modest increase has become necessary.

I want to say a huge thank you to all of you who continue to support me — especially my regular clients. Your loyalty truly means the world to me, and I never take it for granted. 💛

🙋🏻‍♀️I’ll start! Definitely Vetivert - I LOVE it- beautiful smokey, earthy scent that always brings me comfort and calm. Although not many others feel the same- a marmite oil if ever there was one!

Rather excited to see my next client 🥰
🤰🏻She is coming for her final pregnancy massage before her due date and has ordered this magic kit to help her through labour.
🌺 Room sprays tailored to stage one and stage two labour, an inhaler to use before hand to help her stay relaxed and another with super fresh mint and lemon 🍋 to support if she feels a little 🤢.

Now, while I don’t want to take FULL credit- a highly valued member of the Ascent Aromatherapy team has passed her driving test today! 🤩

🧘🏻‍♀️ To help her stay calm and focussed she took with her an inhaler- blended with Lavender, Lemon and Rosemary- a beautiful mixture to help her along. And it worked 🥳
