A lovely oil which feels very seasonal around this time of year. As well as smelling beautiful it’s wonderfully calming and warming. Superb for tired, achy sore muscles, as well as digestive issues. Be careful though! While relatively safe it can cause irritation to the mucus membranes, so keep away from mouth and eyes (don’t use for facial massage!) and definitely not for use in pregnancy as it can stimulate contractions!

At the moment I’m loving blending it with Frankincense and Sweet Orange oils for a beautiful wintery blend.

And thank you to everyone who came along on a windy Saturday night! We connected with different and sometimes lesser known oils, learnt about their properties and the impacts they can have on our physical and emotional well-being, and then got hands on blending our own bath product and aromatherapy inhalers.
