Sometimes showing up isn't easy, even doing what I do! Business has picked up(LOVE THAT PART) amongst mum life and finding pockets of time, it's tricky, so sometimes showing up in my pj's and fluffy socks in the cabin, is better than not showing up!

Be kind to yourself, show up in ways that you can fit in, most importantly love the process, so you'll stick to it, and it's habitual!

Some days, the loneliest part of running this business isn't the work - it's having nobody to turn to and say, "Hey, is this idea crazy or brilliant?" So yeah, my car has become my office, my thinking space, my one-person team meeting.

I've talked to other business owners about this, and apparently, it's just... the norm? We're all out here figuring it out alone 😅 But then a client hits a new PB or finally nails that Pilates move they've been working on, and I remember why I'm doing this. The wins are incredible. The isolation is just part of the deal I'm learning to make peace with. If you run your own thing, you get it. How do you deal with it?

Life is busy, right?! So, finding the time to do reviews, etc, is hard, I get it! Just like setting aside time to prioritise yourself and your fitness goals!

So I sent some of my clients the face behind the business to grab their attention 😆 it's working! 💪
