🔥 WOW WEDNESDAY! I want to introduce you to someone very special - Jennifer.

Jennifer is 71 years young, and like so many of us, she had one area she just couldn’t shift no matter what she tried...her stomach.

It knocked her confidence, and for a long time she wondered if it was just “something she’d have to live with.”

Then she found us!

Jennifer joined her first challenge and just kept going💪 Three challenges later? She feels absolutely 🤩

Remember the smiles of the day, the laughter, the little wins, the warm words…
And let everything else go.

Put the lessons learned in a file marked ‘done’ and give yourself a pat on the back for the things you got right.

Leave the stresses of tomorrow where they belong – tomorrow.

Leave the stresses of today where they belong too.

And let the night take away the heavy weight from your shoulders.

Let it go.
Let yourself be safe.

Every Day I hear “I can’t afford that” however before even saying those words let’s look at your current spending & how are you looking after your health because trust me your health is your wealth!!!

As a coach I have wellness evaluations with people prior to them using the products or joining our support group, I also get daily enquiries of course the first question everyone asks is how much?

Our core product is £39 & gives you 21 meals!!! & then comes ‘I can’t afford it’ after delving deeper I hear about coffees, energy drinks, evening crisps and chocolate, meal deals, takeaways, alcohol, to***co, non used gym membership, etc & it’s quite simple choose your expensive!

It all starts with what you’re having for breakfast!

Someone DM’d me the other day saying that I am on a diet because I drink my shakes. I disagree🤫 but it got me thinking...yes you could argue that we are all following some sort of ‘diet’ and so YES this is the ‘diet’ that I following, but I never ever feel that I am ‘dieting! I don’t feel that I am missing out on anything.

I still enjoy the foods I love! I still have the odd night out and odd scone with Jam & Cream. And I still get right stuck into a bag of popcorn whilst having a movie night with the nieces💕

But My main non negotiable is never skipping my breakfast.

After years of being on a ‘diet’ I found We Get Results 🙌🏻

I’ve been on a ‘diet’ or ‘watching my weight’ since I was 10. I focused on calories and that was it. I remember at one point I was even eating tissues😔😔

I was in that mindset of all I needed to do is eat as little as possible, consume hardly any calories and workout and the goal was being as small as possible. I never focused on my nutrition 😮 I wasn’t taught the importance’s of fuelling my body, I had no idea about protein and fibre. I totally messed up my metabolism over the years. My weight has fluctuated and I never found a diet that fitted into my lifestyle and that was also sustainable.

Using our products & supplements along side healthy whole foods has not only helped me to achieve weightloss, increase my energy, reduced my bloating but it has changed my attitude towards food 😁 I eat more than I’ve ever done, don’t count calories and it fits perfectly into my life. Plus, I can now educate my girls, family and friends in the importance of health and wellbeing and not being skinny or slim 🥰

I’m so thankful that I reached out on that cold January day a few years ago. It’s certainly been a journey and I’ve enjoyed every minute..

Isn’t it crazy how we think……..

Grab some fast food, binge eat, drink too much, negativity, do little exercise - is deemed normal🤯

Start taking care of your nutrition take your supplements, choose healthier choices, workout, positivity, realise self care is important - all of a sudden opinions and negative vibes kick in 😡

Why are you doing that?
What a waste of money!
That’s not good for you!
It doesn’t work!
It’s a scam!
Or best one yet - YOU HAVE CHANGED!!!

Your damn right I’ve changed, and for the better💪

I educated myself and say YES to a healthy lifestyle.

I feel great, I workout, built a healthy relationship with food and surround myself with positive people.

These challenges have changed my life so much🫶 in the past I’ve tried it all the list is endless! But this is the best thing I’ve ever done!

On the 27th Dec 22 I gave myself the biggest kick up the butt! My health & mental health was the worst it had ever been!

😪 I had fatty liver
😪 Borderline diabetes
😪 Was getting chest pains every day - I was going to have a heart attack
😪 I was taking 32 painkillers a day as my back & legs hurt so much
😪 Mental health was rock bottom I hated life
😪 Had sleep apnea
😪 Constantly out of breath
😪 Never left the house cause of how I looked and felt
😪 Stopped seeing friends & family too

After taking part in our challenges I’m 14 STONE LIGHTER💪🥰

I don’t care what the scales say i go by how I feel🥰 And most important to me is:

💙 I feel the best I ever have mentally
💪 I feel the best I ever have physically
🍽️ I now have a much better relationship with food (no binging)
💚 I have a healthy balanced routine & do not restrict / cut food
💦 My hydration is 100 times better
⛰️ I love being outdoors!!! No more being locked in the house
💊 I no longer have to take 32 pain killers a day
💔 I no longer get chest pains
🧑‍⚕️ I no longer have fatty liver, or borderline diabetes
🏠 I can walk / run up the stairs without being out of breath
🚶‍♂️ I can now walk for longer than 10 minutes without being in a lot of pain
😴 I now sleep like a baby & don’t wake up choking cause of struggling to breathe
🧥 I don’t have to ask the spa “for the biggest dressing gown they have”
💻 I no longer make excuses not to attend work events as I was so embarrassed for my colleagues to see how I looked
💕 I can now run around with my nieces and be the best aunty

Trust me your health is your true wealth💚💙 I love life now - make it count!

If you stay consistent & committed you will get results! Cut your excuses! We can always come up with an excuse not to look after ourselves, but excuses do not bring results!! Prioritise YOU!!

replacing certain meals each day, ie your breakfast and/or lunch, plus having 2 protein snacks and eating a healthy, balanced meal in the evening, you truly can achieve your weight loss goals... oh and let’s not forget, you do not cut essential food groups! Your body needs them it’s just about having a healthy balanced nutrition routine!

As you can see, Lizzie has had the most unbelievable body transformation, but way more than that, is her transformation of mindset and attitude 🔥

She’s a young mum of beautiful baby and has had a tough year to say the least, but with focus, determination and the right plan, she’s transformed her life for the better👏👏

This is what I call an inspiration...She’s done it for herself💙💚
