If you’re looking at starting a “diet” in 2026……….

NY Resolution aka ‘NY New Me’ firstly take a look at what this will offer you...if it involves any of the below then this will likely just be a quick fix that you won’t be able to sustain!!

My advice, stop doing it to yourself😔

❌ Cutting out food groups e.g Carbs
❌ Eating below 1,500 calories
❌ Injecting yourself with rubbish sold to you by any Tom, dick or Harry!
❌ Drinking juices (no macros)
❌ Eating just fruit & veg/salad
❌ Not eating takeaways, going out for meals or drinking alcohol
❌ Stopping tea/coffee
❌ No support

✔️ You need carbs, carbs are fuel!
✔️ You need to intake calories for your age, height, weight & how active you are.. calories is just energy. If you don’t eat the right amount you won’t see results!!
✔️ You need all the macros - carbs, protein & healthy fats.
✔️ Eating just fruit and veg will not fuel you enough and this is why you can’t sustain this type of “diet”.
✔️ You don’t need to cut out takeaways etc, you just have it in moderation
✔️ You can still drink tea/coffee...it just dehydrates you, that’s it.

My wish for everyone is to find that purpose, find that new goal, to find your way in exploring your abilities to create more.

Having no time is the saddest thing that can happen to you with this short and one life we are given.

Create more time, take risks, be open-minded because time should not be your enemy and it definitely should not be your race.

Grab something from a Fast Food Outlet on the way to work?

Or maybe you actually have time on a morning for a delicious and nutritious breakfast 💪🏻

Chances are most of you reading this are going to be in the first block of answers, am I right? 💁🏼‍♀️

Go on, tell me what you’ve had for breakfast today? 🤔

The bottom line is breakfast is the MIGHTY & MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF YOUR DAY! It’s what is fuelling our bodies to function every single day. Don’t fuel it, it will eventually crash & burn 😢
