Love my new ‘Just here for the Savasana’ top ✨

As someone who struggles to ‘switch off’ -it’s a part of the practice that I often find the most challenging. I love the ‘permission’ we can give ourselves to take rest at the end of a yoga class.

Rest is practice too! 💕
