⨠Monthly Breathwork Journey āØ
Breath is more than airā¦itās ancient medicine. A bridge between body, mind, and spirit, carrying wisdom thatās been with us for millennia. It holds the power to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and bring us back home to ourselves. It reconnects us with our bodies, settles our minds, brings clarity to our hearts, and awakens a deeper awareness of self.
I donāt often share my story, but breath has truly been my greatest teacher. For many years I carried a lot of trauma in my body. I lived in a constant state of survival -disconnected from my body, and at times disconnected from reality itself. Anxiety really was my norm. My nervous system never switched off. I was hyper-vigilant, hyper-alert, holding tension everywhere, never quite feeling safe. Through yoga & breathwork, I slowly learned how to soften, to release what Iād been holding, and to come back into my body. Over time, I cultivated a deep sense of connection, self-love, and a felt sense of safety feeling calm, steady, and truly alive in my body.
Now, I hold this space because I wholeheartedly believe in the profound power each of us has to connect with our own healing. To show that you donāt need to fix yourself - the tools are already within you. Through guided, connected breathing, I create a space for you to let go, breathe deeply, and allow your body and nervous system to reset. Nothing to perform, nothing to get right-just you, your breath, and the medicine it carries.
