✨ Monthly Breathwork Journey ✨

Breath is more than air…it’s ancient medicine. A bridge between body, mind, and spirit, carrying wisdom that’s been with us for millennia. It holds the power to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and bring us back home to ourselves. It reconnects us with our bodies, settles our minds, brings clarity to our hearts, and awakens a deeper awareness of self.

I don’t often share my story, but breath has truly been my greatest teacher. For many years I carried a lot of trauma in my body. I lived in a constant state of survival -disconnected from my body, and at times disconnected from reality itself. Anxiety really was my norm. My nervous system never switched off. I was hyper-vigilant, hyper-alert, holding tension everywhere, never quite feeling safe. Through yoga & breathwork, I slowly learned how to soften, to release what I’d been holding, and to come back into my body. Over time, I cultivated a deep sense of connection, self-love, and a felt sense of safety feeling calm, steady, and truly alive in my body.

Now, I hold this space because I wholeheartedly believe in the profound power each of us has to connect with our own healing. To show that you don’t need to fix yourself - the tools are already within you. Through guided, connected breathing, I create a space for you to let go, breathe deeply, and allow your body and nervous system to reset. Nothing to perform, nothing to get right-just you, your breath, and the medicine it carries.

Mats and blankets are provided, but I encourage you to bring whatever helps you feel grounded and comfortable.

Quietly reflecting this evening during this special Supermoon and feeling incredibly grateful for every single person who’s shown up, allowed me to hold space, and shared in the breath, the movement, the stillness during 2025. For the workshops, the yoga classes, the Breathwork, coaching moments.Each one has been a gift, a chance to connect, to grow, and to evolve together.

I’m truly thankful for the friends, the sisters, the support, the laughter, the trust, and the quiet moments in between. For the lessons, the opportunities, the experiences that shaped me, stretched me, and reminded me why I do what I do.šŸ™šŸ»

A Space to Reset, Breathe & Release

Starting January 15th, Men’s Monthly Breathwork Sessions at Arch 27, The Arches, Worcester.

A calm, no-pressure space for men to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and release what’s been held.
A space to simply be- to breathe, soften, and let go without needing to fix, perform, or explain.

We’ll work with a continuous, guided breathing rhythm -steady and supportive -that allows the body to move through layers of tension and access deeper emotional release, supporting nervous system regulation and a growing sense of clarity and calm.

No techniques to memorise
No pressure to share
Just breath, allowing the body to unwind

Spaces like this matter; a place for men to pause, to be with what’s present, and to put the weight down for a while.

We want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who came and breathed with us yesterday.
Thank you for showing up for yourselves, for your openness, your courage, and your willingness to soften into the experience.And thank you for allowing us to hold the space as you journeyed inward.

The energy in the room was powerful, tender, and deeply connected. Each breath, each release, each moment of stillness all mattered.

We’re already looking forward to our next gathering, which will carry a very different energy.

Spring invites us back into motion- a gentle reawakening after the quiet depths of winter. This next journey carries a lighter, more expansive energy as we breathe alongside the natural shift into renewal and growth. It’s an invitation to listen deeply, shed what no longer serves, and reconnect with the life and vitality stirring beneath the surface. A space to plant intentions, soften into forward movement, and allow what has been quietly resting to begin to bloom.

The breath is the first movement of life. As we breathe consciously, we support the body’s natural rhythm of renewal-clearing stagnation, nourishing new growth, and allowing our energy to unfold in its own time.

A Space to Reset, Breathe & Release

From January 15th, I’m opening a Monthly Men’s Breathwork Space at Arch 27, The Arches, Worcester. A grounding, no-pressure space designed for men to reconnect with their bodies, settle their minds, and experience a breathing rhythm that helps release tension and create more space in the body.

These sessions are held with a grounded, steady presence-a space where you don’t need to perform, fix, or be ā€˜on.’ Just show up exactly as you are and be supported.

We’ll work with a breath pattern that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a deep sense of clarity and calm.
No need to perform.
No techniques to memorise.
Just breath helping the body let go of tension and settle into a calmer state.

With Men’s Mental health month in mind, I came across some staggering stats: In 2024, around 75% of su***des in England & Wales were men.
Globally, over 720,000 people die by su***de each year, with men making up the majority.
This is why men’s spaces matter: connection, breath, community, and a moment to let go of what’s been held for too long.

This space is being created with community in mind, with concessional spaces available so it’s accessible to everyone who could benefit.
