The next Lync Together Walk & Talk will be on Sunday 26th April. Meet at 11.00 am at the main entrance to Anston Stones Wood. Parking is available in the adjacent lay-by.

Anston Stones Wood is a hidden local gem and is particularly pretty at this time of year with all the spring flowers. Definitely recommend this walk if you have not been before.

Sunday Reset yesterday then mat class this morning - what a great Easter weekend!🐰

If you couldn’t make it because you’ve been enjoying the bank holiday (we don’t blame you!), why not try out a class next week?

Sunday Reset = relaxed session of stretching, mobility, and core🙆‍♀️
Monday mat class = low impact cardio and strength exercises all at your own pace🏃‍♀️

Yesterday morning’s Lync Together Walk & Talk was a bracing walk around Creswell Crags from Dukeries Garden Centre. Looking forward to the warmer weather arriving. It’s been cold and windy for way too long! We had a great doggie turnout! Think there may have been more dogs than people at one point!

The next Lync Together Walk & Talk will be on Sunday 29th March walking from Dukeries Garden Centre around Creswell Crags. Meet at 11.00 am in the Harley Gallery courtyard outside Welbeck Farm Shop.

The next Lync Together Walk & Talk will be held on Sunday 22nd February at Thoresby Park. Meet at 11.00 am in the car park. As last month’s Walk & Talk was affected by the rain we thought we would try the same venue again this month as this historic location is really lovely.

Please note the majority of the walk is on grassy paths so waterproof footwear is recommended.

Please note there is a small parking charge of £3.00 to park.

A very grey and wet December day for the last Lync Together Walk & Talk of 2025 which also happens to be the Winter Solstice (the shortest day of the year). We walked along the Chesterfield Canal and over Shireoaks Pit Top. Normally there are lovely countryside views from the top but not today, it was all shrouded in mist!
