So excited to be able to finally share this 6 week programme out that we have been working on 🥰 It's truly a powerful combination to support you to get moving and feel better mentally and physically.
If you struggle to stay motivated to exercise… it’s not laziness.
Most people try to force themselves to move while their nervous system is already overwhelmed.
When the brain is in stress mode, motivation shuts down and exercise just feels harder than it needs to be.
That’s why we have created
Soul Lift: Mind–Body Reset 💗
This 6-week group is designed neurologically to work with your brain, not against it. Promoting last change with your relationship to exercise.
We calm and prime the mind first through hypnotherapy, trance and relaxation… then we move the body gently and safely… and finish by locking in confidence and motivation.
Each session includes:
✨ Guided hypnotherapy for motivation & confidence
✨ Gentle, low-impact exercise with a different focus each week. (all levels welcome)
✨ Deep relaxation
✨ Take-home exercise routines each week
✨ Guided hypnosis recording to support you between sessions.
£15 per session or £75 for all 6 weeks
Led by me as a qualified hypnotherapist and a qualified personal trainer, this is about creating a calm, supportive relationship with movement so motivation can grow naturally.
