Your physio says “rest” and you hear “test it out one more time” 😂
This is obviously a joke, I can’t physically stop my clients from ignoring my instructions about rest. BUT when we advise you to rest, it’s for a reason!
Not resting an injury when your body needs it doesn’t make you tough… it usually just leads to further issues and a longer recovery time. And nobody wants to swap 2 weeks off for 2 months off 🙃
Rest is not being lazy. Rest is part of the rehab plan.
Rest = getting back to doing what you love, faster 💪
