Some days you might not feel like working out, and that's ok, and there are days when you attempt to train and you just don't feel like it.

Sometimes it is just about turning up and moving your body, and it is better than doing nothing.

You will feel better for getting moving, so don't give yourself a hard time just because you didn't give it your all.

What does exercise truly mean to you? Wellbeing means something different to all of us, and the ways we keep ourselves healthy may be very different to others.

Don't compare your levels of physical activity to anyone else, and do what makes you feel happy and content that you are looking after your body in the right way.

If you are running ultra marathons, great, and if you going for a long walk every day that's also great. Stop comparing, and just be yourself.

If you are going through hard times, going through a traumatic experience or find it hard to keep your motivation, then all you need to do is start building momentum and train your brain to feel progress again.

Our brain has the ability to form and reorganise synaptic connections, which basically means you can change the way you act and think about pretty much anything.

This all starts with building momentum and working towards a skill or goal you have told yourself is not possible. Science proves that it is possible, it's YOUR mind holding you back.

The thoughts that come into your mind every day can be the difference between you having a bad day, or a great day.

Go easy on yourself, and only let thoughts enter with the things that only you can control. Other people's actions are none of your business, so let go of worrying, trying to change people and do your best everyday.

Life is easier if you narrow your focus and look inwardly to go to sleep at night calm and at ease with yourself.

How many times have you started something and you end up quitting because you haven't seen results?

Change takes time, and you might be only one workout, one week, or one healthy meal away to feeling and looking great.

The key is to carry on even if you do not see results straight away, because what's the point in starting if you don't achieve your end goal.

We all go through it, we all feel frustrated when we don't see results. Wake up tomorrow and go again, what you're aiming for is just around the corner.
