At Henry House in Worthing we specialise in and offer a full program of Baby Swimming Lessons, Children's Swimming Lessons and Nervous Adult's Swimming Lessons. The luxurious hot pool is ideal for exercising or just relaxing and offers adult only sessions, private group bookings and dedicated baby hours As well as the Hydrotherapy pool and swimming lessons we offer a wide range of therapies for both chronic & acute conditions under the clinical direction of Karen Simporis, Acupuncturist, who specialises in treating chronic pain syndromes. Make a Finding Nemo–themed decoration inspired by our fishy mobile above the pool. 🏆 Best decoration wins a prize!

🎁 Bring your decoration in by Wed 12th Dec, clearly labelled with your child’s name. And Ready to hang on the tree.

Our “sealife” tree will be displayed with lots of others at the festival — plus you can meet Father Christmas, enjoy crafts, and visit Christmas stalls!
