I’ll be honest… I need my own ME TIME as much as anyone right now 🌻

These Sound Relaxation evenings take a lot of heart and energy to run — but when I see people leave calmer, clearer, and smiling, it reminds me exactly why I do it.

Still, it’s not easy balancing it all. If I can’t at least break even, I’ll need to rethink how often I run them… but I don’t want to stop.

So this weekend really matters to me.

🌻 A really proud moment for Waves & Vibrational Energy.

From day one, one of my goals was to make Sound Relaxation accessible to everyone - to bring the power of “ME TIME” to people who might not otherwise experience it.

I’m so pleased to be partnering with Worthing Homes Community House to offer free Sound Relaxation sessions this November - one dedicated to men and one to women.

These sessions are about more than relaxation - they’re about connection, calm, and giving yourself permission to just be.

Huge thanks to the Community House team for helping bring this vision to life, and working closely together in 2026…🌊✨

Creating Sacred “ME TIME” Through Sound. 🌻

Another New Installment: Free Sound bath sessions with Del.

We are pleased to announce that Del has joined us in partnership to offer two sound bath sessions—one dedicated to men 👨 and one to women 👩.

Men's Session 5th November 2025 2pm

Women's Session 6th November 2025 10am

Both sessions are accessible and free to anyone who could benefit but may be unable to take part due to financial restrictions 💷✨.

A sound bath 🛁🎶 is a therapeutic experience in which participants relax while being immersed in soothing sounds produced by gongs, singing bowls, and chimes 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️.

This method is designed to promote relaxation, mental clarity, and stress reduction, providing an opportunity for participants to recharge and reconnect with themselves and others 🌿.

Based on our preview of these sessions, Alison and I confidently recommend them as an effective option for those seeking new approaches to relaxation or personal well-being 😊👍.
