Why have personal trainer who is also a midwife? ❤️

1. Safe Exercise During Pregnancy
A trainer who is a midwife understands how the body changes during pregnancy and can adjust workouts accordingly. They know about:
* Safe heart-rate and intensity levels
* Which movements to avoid as pregnancy progresses
* Warning signs that mean exercise should stop
They’re trained to recognize issues related to pregnancy and conditions such as Gestational diabetes/Preeclampsia that may affect exercise plans.
2. Pelvic Floor & Core Health
Pregnancy and birth affect the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. A midwife-trainer can help prevent or manage problems like:
