I’ll try to keep this short as the photo says enough. What it doesn’t tell you of however, is the confidence, the empowerment, the new found smile, no more yo-yo dieting, no restriction, a love for exercise and life, the ability to walk up hills with the dog without stopping to catch her breath, a great new relationship with food, more joy, more self respect, self love and self worth, a completely new attitude to life, the change in mindset from punishment to pure enjoyment. I could go on.

Sometimes it’s not about following a program and doing what you should/need to. Sometimes you’ve just got to dance around the garden and throw a few exercises in. I guarantee you’ll get more out of it than forcing yourself through a workout you just don’t want to do! Like this smile 😁

Moving my body literally kept me sane throughout the last lockdown, we may not have the sunshine to keep us cheery through this one but we can definitely use exercise! I will again be running classes via Zoom for my clients but thought I’d open them up to anyone who needs some feel good endorphins right now! NON-AESTHETIC BENEFITS OF TRAINING

Seeing as social media has been flooded recently with photos of bodies, most of them edited/posed/in good lighting/generally unrealistic, I thought it would be useful to ask my clients what benefits they have experienced through training that are not just about what we see.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s great to want to look good and be confident in your body, so long as it’s not your only motivation and it doesn’t become all consuming. Why not strive for the many other positives that come from training hard and living well?! These are far more inspiring and certainly give you a healthier mindset, making it much easier to keep your habits consistent which lead to far better results!

We have all experienced lockdown differently, some of us have loved it and got fit and others not so much but is opening back up on 25th July so if you’re ready to change your mindset and your habits and start feeling as fab as my little team then message me!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
