When you start your healing journey, you often hear ‘heal your inner child’ but are left wondering how to do this.
I have clients who come to me for Hypnoki. This is where I combine hypnosis & reiki together for a session that delves into your past, enabling you to heal & recognise patterns of negative cycles. You do the work, I do the healing. Some of my recent clients have been working on healing their inner child. For some, this is very painful. Though once we work through the pain & tears, the relief & healing shines through.
