For years, I was trapped in patterns and behaviours I didn’t understand. I hated myself for it…. Thinking things like “Why do I keep doing this? Why can’t I change?”

The truth? I couldn’t see what I was carrying.

I was numb, dissociated, living on autopilot. I had intellectual understanding of myself but couldn’t access the emotions, energy, trauma trapped in my body…

I kept creating the same pain because I didn’t know I was carrying stories, beliefs, and trauma that weren’t even mine.

I was living out my mother and father’s patterns. My family’s pain & grief. Patterns passed down through generations that I thought were just “who I am.”

If someone had helped me SEE what I was carrying - really see it - I could have saved myself years of suffering.

Seeing these patterns is the first step to healing them.

That’s why I’m now offering intuitive energy readings. Not as another service to sell you, but because I don’t want you to go through what I have.

When you understand what you’re carrying, everything shifts…

This is what a Reiki Energy Healing session looks like with me…

This session was one of the most profound & beautiful ones yet. My client had a huge release of emotions at the end of the session - emotions that she had not felt safe to release in the past, so her body held onto them.

I’ve built a deep rapport & trust with my client over a few years now, which allowed her to feel safe enough to allow me to hold her through this healing process & release.

This is the foundation of my work: creating safety, trust & authentic connection which allows for the deep healing to take place.

If you know your body has been holding what you haven’t felt safe enough to release, know that this is the space where you finally can.

Where your nervous system can exhale. Where trapped emotions can move. Where you remember it’s safe to feel again.

And remember… healing cannot happen in isolation when the wound happened in isolation.

Ceremonial Energy Healing weaves traditional reiki energy work with ritual, intention, and somatic awareness. It includes grounding practices, oracle guidance, sacred anointing, crystal grids, sound healing, meditation and nervous system regulation practices — all intuitively guided to support your unique healing journey.

I don’t work from a script. I work intuitively, attuned to what your body, heart, and spirit need in each moment. Every session is a co-creation between us, held in sacred container where nothing is forced and everything is invitation.

This isn’t just about moving energy — it’s about being held in your process, whatever that looks like. Whether you’re navigating change, releasing what no longer serves you, wanting to feel more regulated or simply need to be witnessed in your wholeness, this space is for you.

I hold this work as a trauma-informed facilitator and coach, qualified in Reiki Level 2 and Counselling Level 2, and currently studying Trauma-Informed Somatic Counselling Levels 3-7. I understand the nervous system, I honour your pace, and I create space for all of you to be here — safely, gently, authentically.

Why nervous system work is the missing piece in your healing journey… 🧩❤️‍🩹

For years, I believed the story that my emotions, needs & desires made me weak and that my body was just something to push through no matter what it was communicating to me - treating my body as if it were an object & a burden… Sound familiar?

Here’s what I’ve learned over the years of walking my own healing & growing journey: When we disconnect from our bodies, we disconnect from our truth, our intuition, and our ability to feel genuinely safe in the world.

The anxious, controlling, addictive, perfectionist, hyper-independent, over achieving, hyper-vigilant, agreeable part(s) of you? They’re not your personality - they are your nervous system doing what it thinks it needs to do to keep you safe.

We begin with grounding and gentle connection — sacred anointing with oils, intention setting, oracle card pulling, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and nervous system regulation. We may intuitively create a crystal grid together, an energetic anchor that holds your intention and supports your healing throughout our time 🌿

Then we move into the heart of it — a deeply held Reiki healing journey woven with sound, crystals, and spacious presence. You don’t need to do anything but receive. Just let yourself be held.

This is a trauma-informed sacred space. I hold it gently, with care, compassion, and deep attunement to your needs. I’m qualified in Level 2 Reiki, Level 2 Counselling Skills, and currently training in Trauma-Informed Somatic Counselling Levels 3-7.

Everything unfolds at your pace. Nothing is forced. You can opt out of anything that doesn’t feel right for you. It’s all invitation — to come home to yourself.

Setting clear boundaries isn’t about keeping people out — it’s about creating a sacred container where we can both show up authentically and safely. ❤️

I’ve updated my boundaries and expectations because I believe in transparency, mutual respect, and co-creating spaces where we can be fully ourselves without judgment.

These aren’t rules to restrict — they’re guidelines to protect the space we co-create and the beautiful & at times, vulnerable work we do together. From our grounding practices to emotional boundaries, every element is designed with care and intention.

When we honor each other’s limits, we create room for deeper connection, healing, and growth. This is how we build trust. This is how we hold space. This is how we honour the sacred work of being human together.
