Meet Sarah, our amazing Reflexologist at our Wrexham clinic😃👍💪

Sarah is a Level 5 qualified Clinical Reflexologist and a proud member of the Association of Reflexologists. After leaving her corporate career in 2019, she chose to retrain in reflexology, inspired by the profound therapeutic benefits she experienced during her second pregnancy.

She believes wholeheartedly in the power of deep relaxation, and how reflexology can help ease tension, improve sleep, and support overall health and well-being.

Sarah has completed advanced training in several specialist areas, including:

Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD): An award-winning method designed to support healthy lymph flow, particularly beneficial for those with lymphoedema or inflammatory conditions.

Reflexology for Cancer Care: Training with The Christie Hospital enables her to safely and sensitively support individuals living with or recovering from cancer.

She also has a strong personal interest in the role of reflexology for people with neurological conditions and has experience working with clients affected by Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s disease, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), and brain injuries.

Outside of her practice, Sarah enjoys a full and lively family life, tends to her pets, and makes time for her passions—running and relaxing with a good book.

Sarah works in our Wrexham clinic.

Birth can be a big physical experience for both mums and babies. Tension from pregnancy positioning or delivery can sometimes show up as feeding difficulties, reflux-like symptoms, unsettled behaviour, head preference, or difficulty with tummy time.

Our specalist Osteopath, Rin, will be hosting a FREE Baby to Bump event that is designed to be reassuring, informative, and empowering as you navigate pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks with your baby.

She will take you through how Osteopathic treatment is gentle, hands-on, and tailored — supporting both parents and babies by encouraging balance, comfort, and ease of movement.

Meet Brett, one of our fantastic Chiropractors 😃👍💪

Brett is a South African who trained at the AECC University College in Bournemouth and has settled locally although during his chiropractic career he has also worked in South Africa, Ireland, Italy and London.

Alongside his family, his main loves in life are karate and film making. Brett is a former South African and International Karate Champion and has captained and coached the British and Irish teams.

Brett understands the benefits of chiropractic in not only preventing and assisting recovery from sports injury, but also its effect in optimising sporting performance. He carries this ethos through to each of his patients, working to optimise their health and get them back to not just managing on a daily basis, but being able to do the things that they love. With over 25 years chiropractic experience he has effectively treated a multitude of problems in the young and old, the fit and not so fit.

Brett considers the causative factors which have brought you to his clinic. After taking a thorough history and physical examinations, his personalised treatment will be tailored to you and is likely to include:

Spinal and limb joint manipulation
Stretching and balancing muscles
Providing ergonomic advice regarding your lifestyle (and workstation if relevant)
