Its funny, not in a humerous way but a wave of sadness came over me this morning.. I was thinking about why and then it dawned on me.... Its people, its peoples stuff and trauma that they know about but choose not to do anything about it..

I ground myself and protect my energy and i love what i do, but it dawned on me how sad some people choose to live.. I had recently heard someone tell about in a supermarket how their family were so narcisstic and then the child of them, looked up and said they were too and the parent said well i am because they were. It was complete understanding of the pain that they were caused but no concept of the contining pain they were causing.

Also the choice to stay within abuse will always confuse me.. I know it can be hard But the world is on such a state- we have to just shine our light.....
