A soundbath can benefit everyone. The process is a simple one. On entry to the calm space you sit or lie (fully clothed) and let an array of relaxing sounds weave around you.

You only job is to sit or lie down and maybe take off your shoes. The sounds and resonant tones do the rest.

Did you know, that as well as treatments, I sell products made naturally with reiki energy? These include
Sprays to cleanse and protect spaces (abgel spray), aid sleep (starlight slumber) and reduce anxiety (soul soother). All contain essential oils and moon-bathed crystals, distilled water and alcohol-free witch hazel. These can be used in the air around you, on your body or on clothing and pillows.
I also have hand creams - with specific properties that can be used in conjunction with hand reflexology cards to improve sleep, stress, headaches etc.
In addition I also make diffuser oils which can be used with wax melts or in diffusers.
Prices available on request, items can also be posted out to you at home. Or why not come in for a chat Thursdays or Saturdays and see what there is!?

Clinical reflexology isn't as simple as a foot massage. Every treatment is tailored uniquely to each client.

As a clinical reflexologist, I am qualified to the highest level (level 5). Your treatment will involve a free 15 minute consultation before the first treatment and targeted interventions after that. It isn't a replacement for conventional medicine, but works alongside it.

During you appointment, we will discuss your medical history and needs in a calm, private relaxing space. All records are kept confidentially and are locked away immediately after your session.

The private treatment room is based at Tan Isace Piercing & Holistic’s Academy. 85 Holt Rd, Wrexham. LL13-8NG. There is ample on-site parking.

Appointments are available on weekdays, weekends and evenings. Mobile treatments can also be arranged where necessary. Why not give me a ring to find out more.

1pm for young people aged 8-14 £12.00 1 hour

2.30pm for age 14-18 £12.00 60-90 minutes (with self soothing strategies taken from reiki and reflexology practices)

No need to book - walk in sessions. Pay with cash or card. Blankets and yoga mats provided, but you can bring your own. Some zero gravity chairs available for people who prefer to sit rather than lie down.
