11am for adults £15.00 1 hour

1pm for young people aged 8-14 £12.00 1 hour

2.30pm for age 14-18 £12.00 60-90 minutes (with self soothing strategies taken from reiki and reflexology practices)

No need to book - walk in sessions. Pay with cash or card. Blankets and yoga mats provided, but you can bring your own. Some zero gravity chairs available for people who prefer to sit rather than lie down.

Everyone will receive a warm and friendly welcome!

I took this the other day. The moon was beautiful.

Look at those beautiful blue eyes.
Listen to that purring. A cat purrs between 50 and 150 hertz which is a purrfect level for bone growth and pain relief.

Combine those beautiful purrs multiplied by 8 cats and then add the healing vibrations of other beautiful instruments and you won't be able to do anything but relax (and maybe giggle a bit!)

Reflexology can be an all round treatment or a focussed treatment.

It can help with:

And it can be a safe and confidential place to talk at the same time.
