A Soundbath is an Holistic Therapy that brings the body in balance and brainwaves into a more relaxed zone. This is your chance to experience a soundbath without any cost to you. To get the maximum benefit, be prepared to stay for at least 40 minutes. Yoga mats, blankets, cushions are provided or you can bring your own.
