we are a mental health and emotional support group based in wrexham.we provide walk and talk sessions,24/7 emotional support service we also have a hub situated at pentre Broughton bowls club next to brynteg library πŸ’™food cupboard and veteran support πŸ’™

So yet again tonight has shown how important these sessions are.41 amazing people attended we had ages from 13 to 70 men...

So yet again tonight has shown how important these sessions are.41 amazing people attended we had ages from 13 to 70 men,woman and children if you dont want to talk you dont have to and you can talk as long as you want and the most important thing the support doesn't stop when the session finishes anyone can contact us at anytime if we dont have the answers we will try our best to get them ❀️ i like to think we are making a difference

We are teaming up with S.A.S painting and decorating to offer 1 full day of painting and a £250 dunelm spend ❀️ to nominate a worthy person/family please like and share and send us a email the person you wish to have this mini make over and the reasons why mindfulnessprojectwxm@gmail.com we will go through all the nominations in the next couple of weeks and pick one ❀️

Food and Drink
● Water container (bottle or Camelbak-style, 1-2 litres)
● Food & hill snacks (pasta, cereal bars, banana’s dried fruit, nuts, snickers) *
● Hydration tablets
● Glucose gels / Dextrose tablets
● Hydration drinks (Lucozade sport)
First Aid
● Blister plasters (Compede)
● Pain Killers: Paracetamol Ibuprofen.
● Aspirin (300mg)
● Own medication
Mandatory Clothing
● Walking boots (with ankle support advised)
● Waterproof jacket
● Waterproof overtrousers
● Hiking socks
● Backpack (approx. 20-40 litre size)
● Gloves (plus spare gloves)
● Hat (covering ears)
● Buff / Scar
Recommended clothing
● Walking trousers or sports leggings (not jeans or tracksuit trousers)
● Sports top (not cotton)
● Warm outer layer
● Changes of clothes
Other Kit
● Walking poles (Highly recommended)
● Headtorch
● Sunglasses
● Sun cream

● Insect (Midge!) Repellen
