Happy Wednesday! Please find below the Goldenstones gym poster for their newly created MS gym class which starts next Monday at 1pm. Also below are some Q&As to address your comments:

1) Do I need to pre-book the class?
Ideally book in advance (using the contact details referenced in the poster) as the gym will limit the number to 14 to start with. However, for the first session next Monday, it's okay to turn up and pay on the day.

2) Is there car parking available?
Yes, there is plenty but there is a fee. Pay at the machines in the carpark.

3) What is the format of the class?
The class will be seated to start off with. The instructor, Claire, is very open to adaptations to fit the needs of the attendees and can make the workout more or less challenging.

4) Where is the class within the gym?
The instructor, Claire, will be waiting in reception for everyone from 12:30pm, so if anyone wants to come earlier and chat about medical conditions, for example, you're more than welcome to.

5) Do I need to be a member of the gym?
No.

6) I don't have MS but I've other neurological conditions/mobility challenges. Can I attend?
Yes, certainly. The more the merrier ๐Ÿ™‚

We hope you enjoy your first gym class and feel fantastic for the rest of the day.
