It’s a chilly start to 2026!
We hope everyone has a good start to the year and managing to keep warm and not feeling too overwhelmed with the new year resolutions and the ‘new you’ posts that are all over social media!
Watching and working with nature, this is the time of rest, of standstill, reserving your energy so you are ready for Spring, so try not to bow to the pressure!
If you need a recharge, wrap up and get outdoors, enjoy the winter sun and blue skies. It really is the best medicine!
