At REMAP, we know that a simple solution can have a life-changing impact. Take Sarah, a young lady with Cerebral Palsy. She needed a bed rail, but she had safety concerns about trapping her arm between the bars.
One of our amazing volunteers got to work, creating a bespoke slip-over cover using stretchy, washable fabric. The result? A safe, secure, and neat solution that still allowed Sarah to easily hold the rail without fear of injury.
This is just one example of the incredible work REMAP does every day. We help around 3,000 people like Sarah each year by providing custom-made equipment – completely free of charge. 💙
