I genuinely believe that any therapist in any field would say the same thing…that every treatment and experience gets better over time.

After a session, I often hear “that was the best massage I’ve ever had” (their words, not me bragging 😅).
But what’s even more special is that it continues to become better each time.

That’s because it’s not just about the treatment itself, it’s about the connection we build.
The more in tune I become with you, the more personalised and meaningful the experience becomes.

Meditation is in so many activities.
Today I found it in bird watching. 🪶
My dad is a beekeeper and he has always said that’s his meditation too, his place of calm and regulation.

It’s that moment when a feeling is activated, your mind begins to still and there’s an outcome at the end of it.

It could honestly be something as simple as fixing a bike.
If it brings you peace, helps you regulate, quiets your mind and leaves you with a sense of completion, why couldn’t that be meditative too?

Again, it’s all perception.
Perform with intention and everything changes for you.

As busy humans, we often put ourselves last while prioritising everything and everyone else.

One of the biggest takeaways I hear from my clients is that they’ve never felt so relaxed in their lives after a treatment at the cabin.

The greatest gift you can give yourself is the time to completely switch off and rest.
When you allow yourself that space your nervous system resets, you quite literally give your mind and body a chance to pause and escape the noise and feelings of the world.

So make a promise to yourself this Monday, schedule some you time.
However that looks for you.

Trust me… you’ll thank yourself later. 🫶
