I don’t mean to be dramatic but…

If not now, when?

I hear you, you’ve got a plan this time. You’re more motivated this time. You know EXACTLY what to do this time.

It’s different, right?

But let me be brutally honest.

You’ve been saying that since 2017.

It’s not about bursting your bubble. It’s about calling out the same old patterns.

Don’t fall into the same trap this year.

At some point you have to say “no more”.
I’m not finishing 2026 in the same way I finished 2025.

And if that’s going to be you this year.

Stop wasting time. Stop humouring yourself.

Meet Sam ✨

She’s in her 40’s, she has a stressful job in the city and she has a family at home who rely on her.

She’s in the best shape of her life.

Visible abs.
Clear definition through her waist.
Down ~5kg.
–3.5 inches from her hips.
–2 inches from her waist.

But this isn’t a “miracle transformation” story.

Before this, Sam was already doing the right things.
She trained. She watched what she ate. She even worked with a PT.

The problem wasn’t showing up.
The problem was return on investment.

She had that quiet frustration so many women in their 40s have:
“I know I’m capable of more than this.”

More structure.
More intent.
More results that actually matched the work she was putting in.

She decided to put her trust in us because she saw the results we were producing weekly with women like her.

Once the noise was stripped away, the focus became:

progressive, structured and science based training

clear standards, a complete mindset shift and strategy overhaul

non-negotiables she could execute with her food and habits, even when life was busy with work and the kids.

Her body responded exactly how it’s supposed to.

This is what happens when you stop settling for “good enough for your age”
and even using age as your excuse.

Sam didn’t find time.
She didn’t find motivation.
She found a system that respected her capacity — and demanded more from it.

And that’s why this result isn’t surprising.

You can be more like Sam in 2026, but only if you take the same step 🫡

Meet Lyndsey ✨

Lyndsey is no stranger to a gym, or a run. A decent one too, she’s done her fair share of marathons.

Being “fit” has never been a problem. But there’s levels to this game and Lyndsey wanted more.

Lyndsey had developed a runners physique which isn’t particularly shocking, as a runner.

She came to me wanting to achieve something that had eluded her. The lean, toned and defined look she felt she was missing.

As she entered her 40’s she still wanted to run marathons but she wanted more definition, more muscle tone and most importantly more strength!

Phase one is complete: Leaner, stronger and more definition. The shift in her mindset being the real game changer.

Phase two now begins: the build, with an added complexity. Lyndsey and I are going to do something special.

We have a strategy in place to hit a marathon PB, do a cheeky Hyrox AND build noticeable muscle.

Impossible? Watch this space 😏

Leaner, more athletic, more definition.

Next stop: more muscle.

Meet Marissa ✨

This one really hits hard for me.

I haven’t got a f***ing clue how much weight Marissa has lost. Her poor relationship with her weight meant we had to avoid the scales. But it’s more than either of us could ever have imagined at the start of this. Let me explain…

Marissa came to me at the very bottom. She had a horrendous relationship with food and her own body that had seen her swing from starving herself and exercising excessively to burn calories, to jacking it all in and gaining lots of weight. She had written herself off. At just 37, she had given up and was ready to accept she was destined to be unhappy.

When she reached out to me. Her mental health was at its lowest. Her confidence was non-existent and she had zero faith in her ability to turn it around.

Marissa really valued her time with friends on a weekend and didn’t want to completely quit alcohol or takeaways or a few snacks here and there. But her all or nothing mindset just sent her spiralling every time. She was lost with it all.

Then this happened…

Marissa lost 23 inches around her waist and hips combined 🤯

But that tells a small part of the story.

Marissa found a healthy and enjoyable balance. She regained her faith that it was actually possible for her to be in shape and happy!

Her confidence is transformed and she finally believes in herself again. She’s no longer written herself off.

Marissa is able to live the life she wants to live, in the body she wants to live it. She’s gained control and lives life on her terms.

I’m so proud of Marissa. The journey we’ve been on together has allowed me to learn so much about her and call her a friend. It’s not over yet, but we’ve come a very long way.

Here’s what training looks like currently…

It’s about 10 weeks since my photoshoot and I was worried I’d lose control afterwards.

I don’t actually have a ‘goal’ as such right now and I know I’m someone who does well when I’ve got laser focus on something.

10 weeks on, strength is up, muscle is up, energy is up and I’m feeling the best I have in years.

The focus is to slowly add size, without putting unnecessary fat on my frame and it really couldn’t be going any better.

So what’s the message? Stop panicking about life after fat loss. Do the build. It doesn’t have to be all feeling fluffy and watery as long as you get the strategy correct.
