WOW!!!! This morning ๐ซถ๐พ๐ฉท๐ชฉ๐๐พ
I donโt even have the words, I'm totes emosh ๐ข๐ซถ๐พ
Over 300 of you showed up at 6:30am
In a world that feels so busy, so full, so overwhelming at times, you chose to come and feel something different โจ
We had to run it in two stints so no one missed out
and every single minute of it was pure magic โจ
The music, the energy, the dancing and I mean proper full on, letting go dancing ๐
No alcohol, just coffee, connection and pure JOY๐ซถ๐พ
And the smiles WOW, You could feel it in the room ๐
People letting go, People breathing again, People feeling like themselves again ๐๐พ
This is what itโs all about ๐ A space to step out of the chaos, To move your body, to lift your mood, to feel good, Propper good!!!
