💫 Home Training Programme
Since starting these in December I’ve had a great response, some clients are now on their 2nd block and have their names ready for the 3rd.
This programme is designed specifically for you, your fitness level, the kit and space you have. I do require you to come to The Shed for your first session, this is for form filling, me to check mobility etc and to go through your programme. If you’re not local, I can do your first session via video call.
At least one check in a week, however I am more than happy for you to message me as much as you like; a recap on an exercise, a check in before a workout and check out after, to let me know you small wins or that your week hasn’t gone to plan so neither has your programme! I’m here for you!
There is no set time that you have to start this programme, so if you’re interested send me a message!
