In the spirit of the month of LOVE, we want to take a moment to celebrate one of our incredible agents—Ashley Warrington.

:Ashley is truly one of the hardest-working members of our team, supporting our Medical Transportation client as both a Support Resource and Digital agent. Her dedication, positive attitude, and strong work ethic shine through every single day. Just as inspiring is the love she has for her family, which fuels everything she does.

We are so thankful to have Ashley as part of the JSF family and grateful that our paths crossed when they did. Ashley, we truly LOVE having you on our team and can’t wait to see all that’s in store for you here. 💕

My name is Ashley, and I have been with JSF Call Center for a year now. I am grateful to have connected with Jonie and her call center; I truly love the work I do.

I am disabled, born with Muscular Dystrophy and use a wheelchair. Due to that, my life involves multiple medical challenges that prevent me from working a traditional 9-to-5 job. Working from home provides the flexibility I need to manage my medical needs while remaining in the workforce. It also allows me to be there for my family; I haven't had to miss a single school event, award ceremony, or lunch with my children.

Thanks to the income I’ve earned at JSF Call Center, our family was even able to afford a summer vacation this year.

We all have to start somewhere. 💭

This was my very first office setup—the beginning of my work-from-home journey. A tiny desk, a laptop, and a big screen TV pulling double duty as my second monitor… until I eventually added a third one on that same little desk.

During my time servicing on the Arise platform, I worked with five different clients—often more than one at a time. I grew into a Support Resource role, learned the ins and outs, and somewhere along the way, realized I wanted more. That’s when my husband's and my dream of starting a business was born.

That chapter gave me something priceless: more time with my family, the ability to truly contribute to our household financially, and the opportunity to do work I genuinely loved.

Fast forward, and that leap of faith turned into a business that didn’t just change my life—but has touched the lives of hundreds of agents over the years. Even if it was only for a season, being part of their journey has meant everything to me.

Today, I’m proud to say I’m the owner of JSF Call Center, LLC—ranked THE top 7th call center on the Arise platform, a Diamond Partner, an Arise Council member, and most importantly, a go-to source of support for some of the BEST agents we could ask for.

So thanks to me coming across the picture this morning, here’s my unsolicited advice:

take the leap. I started this journey not knowing exactly where it would lead—and here I am, 8 years later, running a business I once only dreamed about.

JSF Call Center, LLC has scheduled a NEW Onboarding Meeting for February, and we’re now accepting individuals interested in our Remote Customer Service Opportunity as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

We are a U.S.-based inbound call center providing customer service support for clients nationwide. This opportunity allows you to work remotely, create your own schedule, and choose the client program that best fits your availability and goals.

💼 Opportunity Highlights

Remote, work-from-home position

1099 Independent Contractor role

Flexible scheduling with client selection

Pay rates vary by client, ranging from $12–$17 per hour

Growth and earning potential based on your commitment and performance

Job Opportunity Requirements & Qualifications

Candidate Qualifications

Basic computer skills required

Comfortable navigating internet browsers and online tools

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently

Ready to begin work and committed to the opportunity

Must pass a background check and drug screening (required prior to client enrollment; not administered during the interview)

Minimum availability of 15 hours per pay period (approximately 7.5 hours per week)

Must meet performance metrics and work scheduled hours consistently

Must be available for a 3–4 week virtual training, Monday–Friday, 4 hours per day

Please note: This is an independent contractor opportunity. Client projects are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed.

Equipment Requirements

PC with Intel i5 (7th generation or newer)
(Intel i7, 5th generation or newer recommended)

Windows 11 operating system

Mac computers are not supported

Reliable high-speed internet

Hardwired Ethernet connection required (Wi-Fi is not sufficient)

USB noise-canceling headset (must have or be able to obtain)

Landline phone not required

📅 Onboarding Meeting: February 3, 2026
⏰ Time Commitment: More than 1 hour, up to 3 hours
💻 Meeting Requirements: Compatible computer, ability to share screen, and microphone access
