„ხილარი“ 2017 წელს ჩამოყალიბდა და ორიენტირებულია 100% ნატურალური, ქართული ხილის გადამუშავებით მიღებული წვენების წარმოებაში. ჩვენი საწარმო გორის რაონში, სოფელ შავშვებში, მდებარეობს და აღჭურვილია ევროპული ხარისხის ხილის ცივი დაპრესვის მანქანა-დანადგარებით. ჩვენი მიზანია ქართული ნატურალური ხილის წვენებით ჯანმრთელობის სარგებელი მოვუტანოთ მომხმარებელს, პირველ რიგში საქათველოში, ასევე მის ფარგლებს გარეთაც.
