Deepening Your Meditation Practice 🌿
If you’re curious to explore meditation more deeply, or feel called to gently return to your practice, this is for you.
In this continuation course, we will revisit the foundations of meditation and explore timeless wisdom drawn from Buddhist and Zen traditions. Together, we will come to a deeper understanding of yourself - your inner patterns, beliefs, awareness, and consciousness, all in a supportive, down-to-earth way.
The course includes 4 in person sessions with in-depth teachings and guided meditations, plus daily guided meditations to help you build consistency, feel supported, and help you integrate meditation into everyday life.

Week 3: Zen practice
Week 4: be the witness
This is an invitation to reconnect, and strengthen your mental and emotional resilience, so you can meet daily life with greater balance, clarity, and equanimity.
