Do you know that cervical cancer is caused by a s*xually acquired infection?

Some of the symptoms are bleeding in between periods, bleeding after menopause, bleeding after s*x or having a swollen leg but it rarely shows any symptoms at the early stages.

The good news is that it can be completely cured when detected early through screening before these symptoms occur.

Target group for screening exercise: All women aged 25 years or more

Vaccination against cervical cancer is also available to very young girls who have not yet had any s*xual activity to offer them life time protection.

The International Health Care Centre is offering this screening service at a subsidized price of ghcs40.
