Constance Amankrah-Yeboah is an accomplished HR and project management professional with over 20 years of experience across healthcare, oil & gas, construction, international NGOs, and consulting. She currently serves as Senior Manager, HR and General Services at Universal Hospitals Group, where she leads HR operations, policy development, and performance management Initiatives. Throughout her career, she has achieved notable milestones, including developing Ghana’s first Business Process Outsourcing training curriculum in collaboration with Ernst & Young and enhancing expatriate onboarding processes at CAPE3 Services. A certified counselor and culture transformation trainee, Constance is highly skilled in organizational development, talent management, and recruitment strategy.
