As part of our ongoing efforts to improve patient service, we are pleased to announce the launch of Phase 1 of our Health Management System effective Wednesday, 1st April 2026.

Under this phase, our service processes will gradually move onto a new digital system to help us serve you better and more efficiently.

Please note:
• Existing patients will be assigned new ID numbers when they visit.
• Your previous medical history will not be lost.

This marks Phase 1 of our broader effort to improve patient care and service delivery.
Phases 2 and 3 will focus on improving patient engagement and building a stronger health community around our work.
