TOLECGH IMPACTS UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

"Total Life Enhancement Centre Ghana recently partnered with University of Development Studies, Nyankpala Campus for a faculty seminar on Mental & Reproductive Health and Sexual Harassment.

Our representative, Aram Nyame, led an insightful presentation covering:
- What is mental health and common conditions affecting university students
- Factors predisposing students to mental health issues (academic pressure, relationships, financial stress)
- Strategies to improve mental well-being and positive coping mechanisms
- Importance of help-seeking behavior

We also discussed sexual harassment, its impact on mental health, and ways to seek help.
