Our team bridges the gap between the demand and supply of skilled workers needed in Germany by guiding Africans with the necessary linguistic skills and skill sets to secure lucrative job offers in that country. German language proficient Africans find plenty of training and career opportunities abroad, while foreign establishments gain competent and dynamic personnel to help them maintain standards and also grow. Individuals are placed in establishments that offer good pay, attractive work environments and many added advantages. GERMANY JOB was initiated in early 2023 by Patron Consult Ltd in collaboration with German partners. In May 2024 a marketing agent (Infopost) was appointed to take charge of branding and re-structuring and subsequently established the above as a first franchisee in Ghana.
