Our team visited Presentation Nursery School following reports of newly emerging chickenpox cases. The purpose of the visit was to assess the situation, identify affected pupils, and understand how the disease have been introduced into the school.

As health officials, timely response is essential in preventing further spread of communicable diseases. Early identification and interventions help break the chain of transmission and protect both pupils and staff.

Engagement was made with the school authorities, and provided guidance on immediate control measures (isolation), (early parental), and (reporting to health facilities). We committed to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment for all.

This is to formally inform the public and stakeholders that the construction of the new labor ward at our facility has been successfully completed. The project has reached its final structural and finishing stages, marking a significant milestone in improving maternal and neonatal health services within the community.

The new ward has been built to enhance service delivery, support safer childbirth, and provide a more conducive environment for both patients and healthcare providers. We are now preparing for the next phase, which includes furnishing, installation of essential equipment, and final assessment to ensure the ward meets all operational standards.
