Traditional Indian Yoga Certified Yoga Teacher (500 hrs) - Classes for all levels adjusted to individual needs - Currently teaching classes in Person or via Zoom.

Class Schedule: Monday-Friday 18:30 - 20:00 (Group 1) & 20:15-21:45 (Group 2)-PM for further info and reservations. Born in Athens, Greece I could never imagine that at the age of 26 Yoga would find and guide me to an endless journey of self-exploration. The gift of Yoga found me during a confusing period of my life. The system of Yoga made me realize that the most important guiding principle during our lives is balance. Balance and continuous effort to see the power that lies inside us. Having a diverse academic background, I never imagined that Yoga would provide me with more knowledge than any book I have read. My yoga journey initiated when I met Guru: Siddhartha Shiv Khanna ( योग गुरु सिद्धार्थ शिव खन्ना). Since then I am constantly studying new practices and training under my Guru’s guidance since yoga is a continuous, life-learning process.

“We are one with nature, one with the cosmos and through the practice of Yoga we can
achieve the ability to realize this universal consciousness.”

Brief Class Description about my Traditional Yoga Class: Including Bhakti Yoga, Hatha yoga, Meditation, Pranayama. The purpose of Yoga is to achieve mental, physical, and emotional balance. Through our yoga practice, the main goal is to achieve a higher state of consciousness, by making first a strong and healthy body, and then conquering and becoming masters of our mind and soul. During my class, I focus equally on physical and mental awareness. The class consists of a traditional authentic Indian Yoga experience, suitable for all age-groups and practicing levels (from beginners to advanced students) while adjusting each asan to individual students’ needs. Currently teaching yoga near Nomismatokopeio metro station
