✨️Having time to rest
Even if you need to schedule this in, have a slot each day where you can take some uninterrupted time for yourself to give you the resilience and energy for the time you will be spending with other people.
✨️Do your Face & skincare routine
Devote even 5' of your time to breathe, touch and give a boost to your face. Just keep in mind that the energy you invest here is multiplied back to the rest of your body system.
✨️Spend time in Nature
Feel free to enjoy the sunlight and the day, connecting with the ground, the colors of nature, the air, the water.
✨️Express your creativity
It is so important to celebrate using your creative spirit to do even "conditional tasks" look more funky.
✨️Stretch & release your body
Remember, everything is processed through the body. Follow any type of workout to unleash the toxins out and set a new frame with stretching, even for 10' daily.
✨️Eat & drink warming foods & drinks
Indulging in the festive menus is ok, but keep in mind that our digestive systems need warm foods and drinks to get to balance.
✨️Spend time with your beloved ones to do what you feel the need to do the most, even spending time on the couch.
✨️Setting boundaries
Knowing and expressing through boundaries is so important. These may be emotional, social, or physical. Remember, saying No, is a way of expression too... Stay strong and grounded as much as you can...
